Every year, the ICF Romania Annual Conference convenes hundreds of inclusive development leaders and professional coaches from Romania and around the world to inquire, debate, and learn.
This conference offers a platform for attendees to share experiences of common challenges and collectively explore opportunities for greater impact in their leadership role.
The 2019 Conference, TEAMing for IMPACT is taking place at the Crowne Plaza, Bucharest, Romania, on October 22nd.
The 2019 Annual Conference theme, TEAMing for IMPACT – Collaboration, Cooperation, Cocreation and Coaching will highlight the capacity of people and organizations to think systemically and design and implement collaborative team work to realize a level of impact that no individual can achieve alone. It’s an invitation to look beyond the surface and learn from other experiences in different fields of activity.

Peter Hawkins, PhD
Peter Hawkins is Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School and founder and Chairman of Renewal Associates. He is a leading consultant, writer and researcher in leadership and leadership development and an international thought leader in executive teams, and systemic team coaching.
He has recently led a major global research project on Tomorrow’s Leadership and the Necessary Revolution in Today’s Leadership Development.
Over the last 35 years he has worked with many leading companies all over the world, co-designing and facilitating major change and organizational transformation projects and coaching company boards and leadership teams. He has helped several senior executive teams develop their vision, values and strategy for the future, both in commercial companies, finance, public sector, higher education and large professional service organisations.

Alain is inviting us to an open dialogue about what team coaching is from his perspective, on how he started to work with companies in team coaching using what became his systemic team coaching approach, on the difficulties in training team coaches, on how to recognise and respond to the resistance of organizations for team coaching and how we could approach the market by being systemic with clients from the very beginning of the relationship.

He has developed an authentic and direct approach, that could be defined as a mixture of brief, creative, experiential, systemic posture and techniques.
He is also a Coach, Mentor and Supervisor for students from France, Belgium, Spain, Argentina and Romania, where he opened a Coaching School in 2007.

Silviu Ionita is a psychologist and coach, with a 20 year experience in the organizational and sports field. He is a co-founder of Sportpsy 1, a company that provides professional sports psychology services at national and international level.
One of the most talented and appreciated conductors in Romania today, Tiberiu Soare graduated from the musical performance section of the Bucharest National University of Music in 2000, specialising in the tuba, conducting section in 2001 and higher study in conducting in 2002.
With an impressive track record of awards at international competitions and a rich portfolio of conducting national and international symphony orchestras, Tiberiu succeeded to lead, accompany and animate orchestras and experts in their profession with a set of skills and an open mindset.

Cosmin Alexandru is a team coach and consultant in organizational transformation. For 12 years he has founded and lead GfK Romania – biggest research company on the Romanian market. Shortly after he has started his own consultancy firm in branding & stratedy and since 2011he is an associate in a consultancy company specialized in transformation processes on organizational, team and individual levels.
Teaches a leadership course in the Executive MBA program at Maastricht School of Management in Bucharest and a course about “Corporate Responsibility & Ethics” within the EMBAs of MSM in Azerbaijan, Iran and China.
Since 2016 he is co-founder, dean and team coach at the first entrepreneurship faculty in the South-Eastern Europe, The Entrepreneurship Academy. As faculty team coach, Cosmin is working weekly with teams of entrepreneur-students in 2 half-day sessions.
He is also running team coaching programs for his clients’ evecutive teams, Romanian or multinational companies.
Cosmin graduated the Economy Faculty of ASE Bucharest in 1994 and the Executive MBA Program within the University of Washington Business School in cooperation with the Romanian-American Postgraduate School of Business in 1999.

He also holds the position of President of the Romanian Association of Psychologists of Brasov and he is a member of ATP (Association of Test Publishers), the leading global trade organization for publishers, developers, and users of assessment programs for the purpose of education, certification or licensing.
