Every year, the ICF Romania Annual Conference convenes hundreds of inclusive development leaders and professional coaches from Romania and around the world to inquire, debate, and learn.
This conference offers a platform for attendees to share experiences of common challenges and collectively explore opportunities for greater impact in their leadership role.
The 2019 Conference, TEAMing for IMPACT is taking place at the Crowne Plaza, Bucharest, Romania, on October 22nd.
The 2019 Annual Conference theme, TEAMing for IMPACT – Collaboration, Cooperation, Cocreation and Coaching will highlight the capacity of people and organizations to think systemically and design and implement collaborative team work to realize a level of impact that no individual can achieve alone. It’s an invitation to look beyond the surface and learn from other experiences in different fields of activity.
A huge thank you to all expert coaches, speakers, exhibitors, press and attendees who will join us for the inspiring one-day conference and make the 2019 conference a great success.

Paul King, PCC
We are shaped by our life experience. That shaping of the body-mind affects our perceptions and our actions. The deeper patterns of our stories are held in our bodies, often out of awareness. Yet they shape how we show up, what we see, hear, feel and do. How are you showing up? How are you being present? How do you want to shape yourself and for the sake of what? Are we ‘in this together’ or are we separate?
Paul King is co-founder of The Beyond Partnership, a leading-edge people development company. Paul has been working as an executive and performance coach for more than 25 years and is particularly known for his work with energy and the body-mind. He has run somatic and embodiment workshops across Europe and in the Far East.

Alain is inviting us to an open dialogue about what team coaching is from his perspective, on how he started to work with companies in team coaching using what became his systemic team coaching approach, on the difficulties in training team coaches, on how to recognise and respond to the resistance of organizations for team coaching and how we could approach the market by being systemic with clients from the very beginning of the relationship.
Master Certified Coach since 2002 and owner of the Metasysteme-Coaching School accredited by ICF, Alain Cardon is recognized for his executive coaching, team coaching and organizational skills. Elena describes herself, from a professional perspective, as a growth agent powered by love and play. She does that by wearing different professional hats:
* the entrepreneur (in the company Starfish Events – a creative events company that aims to transform your business through play, whose tagline is Evolution likes to play),
* the trainer, coach and consultant on subjects such as communication, leadership or motivation (in collaboration with Human Invest / Blanchard Romania),
* the Empretec facilitator (Empretec is a flagship capacity-building programme of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) for the promotion of entrepreneurship and micro, small and medium sized enterprises (MSMEs) to facilitate sustainable development and inclusive growth).
The common element remains the same – let’s learn to achieve amazing results while taking ourselves less seriously. A convinced hedonistic, Elena seeks tirelessly to reconcile the pragmatism of business with the belief that magic exists.
