for the 11th time in Romania

Every year, the ICF Romania Annual Conference convenes hundreds of inclusive development leaders and professional coaches from Romania and around the world to inquire, debate, and learn.

This conference offers a platform for attendees to share experiences of common challenges and collectively explore opportunities for greater impact in their leadership role.

The 2018 Conference, More than Coaching… is taking place at the Marriott Hotel, Bucharest, Romania, on November 29th.

The 2018 Annual Conference theme, More than Coaching… will highlight the capacity of people and organizations to think systemically and design and implement collaborative change processes to realize a level of impact that no one project, sector, or organization can achieve alone. It’s an invitation to look beyond the surface and expand our vision.

A huge thank you to all expert coaches, speakers, exhibitors, press and attendees who will join us for the inspiring one day conference and make the 2018 conference a great success.
